Tests of concrete admixtures

Chemical additives are applied in small amounts, but they significantly modify the properties of a given concrete mix. This is why regularity is so important in testing of concrete admixtures. The requirements of the basic parameters are described in the PN-EN 934-1 standard.

In our laboratory, we perform basic tests of grout and mortar admixtures for concrete, which are aimed at checking such properties as homogeneity, color or alkali content. The content of water-soluble chlorides, density, pH and contractual dry matter content are accredited tests of admixtures for concrete, grout and mortar.
