Who we are?
About us
Construction laboratory FERROCARBO has been operating on the Polish market since 2003. We are a family business and we do our work with great passion and commitment. We constantly focus on the continuous development of the laboratory through systematic implementation of new tests methods, purchases of modern equipment and participation in various research projects.
Our advantages are above all rich experience and knowledge, that allow us to properly interpret the results of individual tests. Importantly, we expand our qualifications and knowledge thanks to industry training and membership in the Technical Committees of the Polish Committee for Standardization.
We not only invest in new equipment, but also regularly calibrate, check and maintain laboratory equipment. We take part in interlaboratory Proficiency Testing between laboratories from Poland and all over the world, which allows us to confirm the quality and improvement of the test methods used.
Testing Laboratory

We perform mechanical, physical, chemical analysis and tests on natural radioactivity. We conduct individual tests in accordance with standards, e.g. Polish PN, international EN, industry or American ASTM.
In order to provide comprehensive customer service, we also have an accreditation for sampling aggregates, masonry elements, solid fuels, solid recovered fuels or biofuels.
We invite you to cooperate. Our offer is addressed primarily to companies with particular emphasis on ceramic industry, producers of aggregates, cements, binders, concretes and wall elementsas well as industrial waste recycling plants and producers of natural and alternative fuels, but also to individual customers who need help in choosing test methods to check various types of materials.
Analyzes of natural and artificial raw materials, ceramic and refractory products, concrete admixtures, aggregates, slags, ferroalloys, silicon carbide products and waste.
Comprehensive services in the field of testing solid fuels, solid recovered fuels, solid biofuels, waste, furnace waste and assistance in determining the emission factor.
Tests of binders, cements, concretes, fly ashes, blast furnace slags, silica fume, pigments, concrete admixtures and water for concrete.
